Champion Seed is an independent seed company based in Ellsworth, United States, founded in 2003. We offer corn and soybean seed genetics.

Our resources include the Agronomy Digest and PlotLine News, along with practical agronomic information intended to support family farmers, owner-operators, and agricultural dealers in Iowa and surrounding regions.

You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting forms, requesting information, communicating with Champion Seed, or participating in any program.

Intellectual property. The website, brand elements, text, graphics, agronomic content, data presentations, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Champion Seed and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for personal or internal agricultural-business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Agronomic information. Agronomic content, recommendations, observations, yield data, calculators, and other tools are provided for general informational purposes. Conditions vary by field, geography, weather, soil management practices, product selection, and other factors. You should evaluate information with your local agronomist, dealer, crop consultant, and applicable product label before making decisions.

Prohibited uses. You may not use the website to violate any law, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or business, collect information without authorization, or use our content or communications to promote unrelated products or services.

Champion Seed may make corn and soybean seed, seed treatments, Bio Max micronutrients, biologicals, and related products available directly or through authorized dealers. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and program details may change without notice.

Early-order and volume programs. Champion Seed may offer early-order or volume discount programs, including PowerPlay. Eligibility, deadlines, product requirements, pricing, and other conditions will be provided in the applicable program materials or by an authorized Champion Seed dealer.

Financing. Seed financing options may be offered through partner lenders. Any financing is subject to the lender’s separate application, approval, documentation, fees, interest, repayment, and other terms. Champion Seed is not responsible for a lender’s underwriting decision or independent financing terms.

Dealer network support. Local dealers may provide regional recommendations, product availability information, ordering assistance, delivery coordination, account support, and other services. Specific product and purchase terms may be provided separately by local dealers and may vary by location. The terms applicable to a particular purchase are those presented in the applicable order, invoice, agreement, product label, or dealer documentation.

By opting in through website forms, seed order forms, by phone, or through an in-person sign-up, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Champion Seed or its dealer network at the mobile phone number you provide. Your consent applies even if your number is listed on a state, federal, or corporate do-not-call registry, to the extent permitted by law.

Types of messages may include:

• Promotional and marketing offers, including early-order or PowerPlay discount announcements.
• Product information, seed availability updates, and ordering or inventory notices.
• Agronomy tips and pest or disease alerts, including Agronomy Digest and PlotLine News-style content.
• Dealer, field day, meeting, training, and other event notifications.
• Appointment, inquiry, delivery, or order confirmations.
• Customer service and support messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from Champion Seed. You may continue to contact Champion Seed or an authorized dealer through other available channels.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This non-sharing statement does not prohibit sharing as necessary to provide the requested messaging service, process an opted-in communication, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or support a business transfer, and does not apply to non-marketing uses permitted by applicable law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other factors outside Champion Seed’s control. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use the mobile number provided and for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.

Agronomic advice, yield data, trial results, product information, and other content are informational and are not a guarantee of performance, yield, profitability, crop outcome, or suitability for a particular field or use. Always follow the applicable product label and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Seed and its owners, employees, affiliates, dealers, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, crops, or business opportunities, arising from or related to use of the website, services, products, communications, or information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the applicable venue.

The governing-law state, venue, and related provisions should be confirmed and customized by Champion Seed’s legal counsel before publication.

Champion Seed may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page, unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means that you accept the revised Terms.
